Heading into Sober Living facility in 24 hours Keep me in prayers

Hey everyone on SR, I am taking the big step and heading to the sober living facility that is 3000 miles away from my home. Please keep me in prayers. I hope this is the right decision to get sober and start a positive healthy life in a new environment!

You can have reasons, or you can have results, but you can't have both.

I have a really good feeling about this for you. I met a young man in group last night; he's living in a sober living place and it's been helping him SO much!

Like you, I am now thousands of miles from home to save my sobriety. There's something about going "all in" that proves to be the game-changer for a lot of people.

Will you kindly post here often and let us know how it's going?

We are all standing with you, skywalker. I'm so happy you've got this opportunity. I hope it turns out to be the best experience of your life. . .even if it is a little scary.
