I remember you posting on here when I was just starting out on my road to recovery. We seemed to be at similar stages. So happy to hear you made it despite my consequent failures. Inspiring.

So brilliant ! You invite questions, so here goes-
Tell us a bit about your journey, how you doing now? What's changed for you?
This is the stuff that helps me a lot.

Sharing your own ESH -

Experiences Strengths Hopes -

of what your life was and is like,
before......during.....after alcohol
or drugs..... after addiction to others
will give them that hope that if you
can learn to live life sober incorporating
many effective, helpful tools and knowledge
of a recovery program in all areas of your
life, then they can too.

There are many out there in the world
with addictions, an illness, this disease
that destroys minds, bodies, spirits that
have no idea where to begin recovery.

That don't know who to talk to, who
to turn to, who to reach for help. We,
in recovery have the knowledge , wisdom,
hope to help them by sharing what we've
learned along the way to them.

No one with addiction has to die from
this because there is sooooo much
information available to help those
struggling to learn a treatable recovery
program to help them reach and
achieve health, happiness and honesty
in their own life.

Sharing your voice of recovery
helps more than you know.
