Change is possible! Weekender Jan 8th Pt 2
Morning everyone,
I wouldn't worry about diet/healthy eating in the short term Plenny, just make sure you don't pick up a drink. You can eat healthily once you have a bit of sober time behind you
MidnightBlue - just seen the snow in Moscow - wow!
See you all on the next thread

Bodhi ... any chance you could get someone to come in and help you with work?
Markets were down ... wish I had some money to BUY!!!
Didn't get as much as what I wanted to do today but then there's tomorrow.
Night all.

I've often felt in the past like I'm posting during a low traffic time or that maybe something I said turned people off. I express a lot of my feelings here, and especially when I feel alone or at risk. No offense to anyone out there, but in the past I've slipped under the radar in getting support during a few very scary times. If I even see that someone saw me and acknowledged me, I feel a lot better. So I wonder if other people ever feel that way, and if there's any way to tell.
I have a bit of a complex with feeling invisible or forgotten. Fun with narcissism!

Plenny, the Weekender thread starts a new one every Thursday and the old one dies a natural death. Weasel starts it around 5AM EST.

I try and read every post but due to the time difference ... I go to bed, wake up and there's 5 pages to catch up on.
It slows me down to get back to work to thank every post.
Be assured I love every post from you and everyone else.
Don't get hung whether if we're reading your post or not, be assured your posts are so helpful to my(our) recovery.
Keep it up

Thanks James. It's really good to know that. I try to read as much as I can too. It's sometimes a lot. Yesterday I was really really supported in the new weekenders thread. After I posted this. But thank you for taking the time. I appreciate this.
