Thanks guys, this certainly wasn't a status based on judgement, more a comment made due to the fact I am no longer in a self centred haze. I am noticing more, I'm also listening to people more. I am sorry that some people have read it differently to how I interpreted but at least I know I am also getting better. As a few months ago I couldn't have discussed this, I would have run away and got pissed. Followed by the dreaded angst and paranoia.
