Now that I'm sober ...
 

1. We have food in the house.
2. My house is clean, laundry is done and put away.
3. My son gets a home cooked dinner every night and is sure to get his evening seizure medication.
4. I walk around smiling for no apparent reason.
5. I have hope for the future.
6. I wake up feeling alive, not feeling like death.
7. I feel excited about the smallest things; I haven't been excited about ANYTHING in years.
8. I feel focused and motivated.
9. I am doing the next right thing, which makes me feel good about myself.
10. I remember to feed my cat.

Now that I'm sober, I take better care of my critters. :)

- I can hit the code on my garage door opener on the first try.
- I can remember where I put my keys.
- I don't have to wear mismatched socks
- I only need to watch a movie once to know what happened!
