Day 2

Day 2, doing well. Last night I felt a strong craving but told myself that drinking just wasn't an option. Slept very well and woke up very happy. Well-rested, no hangover. Feeling good. I've been active all day and don't feel like drinking at all.

Just a quick update.

That's awesome!

I'm on day 2 as well. Haven't gotten out of bed yet. I suppose I'll make some coffee and greet the day

Great work mate. Keeping active and your mind engaged on activities is a great way to push any thoughts or urges away. Keep it up!
