Day 4 or evening 4

Why is this evening so hard? Insanity. I just finished supper now I guess I will run hot bath with BB and cup of decaf tea.

Hi Garden. Yes the evenings were tough for me as well. A BB sounds good. They say (whoever they is) that it takes 21 days to start a new habit. Hang in there and keep soaking. Think of how soft you'll be

I am hanging in, just don't understand why day 4 & 6 seem harder than say day 3.

Oh how I know. Not leaving my house and no alcohol here. Decaf tea and water. Maybe make brownies later.

Recovery's often not a straight line - but things generally level out after a while Garden - stick with it!
