I always thought Red Delicious apples tasted like how sweetened wet sawdust would taste. Bleh.

I think Albert Einstein was being optimistic.

the problem with red delicious apples is this. If you never had a good crisp one fresh from a tree, you'll never appreciate them. Most are picked and shipped a long ways... macintosh apples, the same, their viable storage life is nil, that's why I don't buy them.
Gala and pink lady are good for a week in the bowl - maybe. Crispins etc...

There is one thing I am absolutely 100% sure of, and it's that I have no idea what's going to happen tomorrow. But, I can influence it.

Honeycrisp and Jazz. Gala is good. Just weighing in.

JD, you picked up on that honey bees thing. Albert has been gone for a good long time now and honeybees are extremely threatened at the moment. What a prediction.

I particularly like the walking and smiling suggestion. I think that is key although I always feel like a lunatic if I'm walking along, smiling to myself.

Brynn ~

Given the Trap diameter, the Toothpaste Cap was likely clear to wash away, and on to the Sewer Pipe beyond. Adios. If the Drain starts backing up, cuz it's catching stuff around the stuck Cap, then what Bim said...

I'm very bored and sad. I love reading but the idea of picking up a book just doesn't appeal to me.
Yes I know I have an extremely unhealthy relationship with my parents. My father as good as said he wouldn't let me leave the house if I wanted to see "the Iranian".
I've applied for jobs in various places. Fingers crossed I'll get a job soon.

Ruby, you studied the Russian language. Did you ever visit. I was told to quit smiling at people and to be more serious. You rarely if ever see a person walking down the street that will smile.
If you smile for no reason you are considered to be nuts.
And never EVER whistle in public! You might end up in a straight jacket

Of course, the times they are a changing.

Sour green apples!!!! LOVE THEM. And I agree with JD about red D's.

Home from work. Tired. Crappy day but who cares that was so a few hours ago.

Watch TV. Pan fried ribeye for dinner. Prep to go see the family tomorrow.

Hope all are well. I will catch up in my chair in a little while.

Jazz are my new fav, too. Braeburns have gotten less consistant in quality here, but I love them for salads because when cut they turn brown so slow it is like, never.
