Congratulations BEHAN!!!! On a marvelous year in sobriety! That's great. I remember when we chided you to make 100 posts

Congratulations HaF on shotgun.

Man, Dee didn't let it even get to 500. We were at 499.

I've been cramming everything in my face today. Funyuns, mini Twix bars, a fun sized Snickers bar. And I feel like a bloated cow. My Mom is coming to mind the kids so I can go to yoga. Get me away from the junk food

Congrats on your first year Behan! Soon there will be 'two' toddlers walking around your house.

I toughed out the cold for an hour plus. 20 degrees with a 10 MPH wind sitting until it was too dark to see. I saw three deer. One about a mile up the road crossed in front of me. Then two more another mile contemplating crossing the road...

I asked Mrs if she had dinner. Her reply, "Shame on you."
eh?
Made fish, noodles and a spinach with mushrooms and roasted red peppers with a half-azzed attempt at a cream sauce. Strained 'sauce' it was good.

I told her it's my last night off for a while. She's back in class and reading a couple chapters. Then we will watch a few episodes of the "stupid show" one last time for a while. It's gonna be close to 10 degrees (-12C) with a strong breeze in the morning. Hunting cancelled. My fingers were froze from one hour out in that tonight.
Had surgery performed tonight. She had to do it because a couple thorns lodged in a finger, I couldn't reach the spot and needed two hands for it. Needed magnifying glass on my end. I'm gonna survive.

have a good evening all.
HAF - :Bigok

well that didn't work

Congrats haf!

Congratulations on One Year, behan!!

I'm a sucker for bath and beauty products but I figure I can splurge because it's money I'd be using for alcohol anyway. My granny always ALWAYS drank hot water with lemon and she had beautiful skin till the day she died. I'm a believer!

Work wasn't as weird today but there's always tomorrow lol!

Oh and Tetra....alfie bunny is so cute! I've only seen valentines out...no Easter yet...but I can't wait for Cadbury eggs!!

My mom is very beautiful, she always drinks hot water with lemon too.
She barely has a wrinkle on her face, she has a full set of teeth (no dentures)
about 5 grey hairs on her thick almost black hair ( she's never once dyed her hair in her life)
She'll be 70 next year.
Its insane, people think she's in her 40's, people refuse to believe her age.

She doesn't even use anything, just water, lemons, good nights sleep, eats organic and goes outside all the time.
She's also never smoked a cigarette or had a drink.
She likes things like studying how to get maximized health benefits from certain foods etc.

Oh, and every day she has a table spoon of apple cider vinegar, and organic coconut oil.
And she eats raw cloves of garlic and ginger :/
I copy her haha- hopefully it works just as well for me!

Bryn my daughter saw Cadbury eggs in walmart the other day!

Tetra that is the cutest chocolate bunny I've ever seen!

Jsbodi your mom sounds awesome. I do many of those things too.... I'm hoping to see more of the benifits with the beer out of my life. My mom is a health nut. I've been giving myself a big pass on the junk food lately, I'll go back to my more healthy ways when I feel a bit more secure in sobriety.

Good evening, W'enders,

All but hopelessly behind on this week's thread. But I did see my name invoked in re: the football game. And, bless her heart, Marty has me figured out. In general, couldn't give a fig, though I'll give a nod to the Packers since Wisconsin is my home state. I also recall that Marty has echoed others in noting Vikes fans are known for being poor sports and ill-mannered so that does nothing for their case in my book.

Also saw Tetra's great vid of Bebe, one of my favorite supporting characters on "Frasier." Funny!

OK, promise to do better in keeping up. Best to all.

And best to Behan! Congratulations, Papa!

The Nurse Practitioner training me was talking about the benefits of apple cider vinegar today as I was moaning and complaining about my skin! She also mentioned garlic...will have to try
