i took my meds but they dont work
not drunk or on drugs

i got to take my morning meds as i just got up
need to see if they work

called the crisis pae they said its should be ok as long as am not distressed about seeing Jesus i dont find it distressing
too extra meds under drs orders
Might be going to church today my husband said if am ok too

Am good there was a reason why i went to church tonight Jesus lead me there
there was a women there who i talked to about one of the groups thats i can get involved with that help people with mental health Jesus wants me there he wants me to help people
thats why i have to be clean for Jesus and for others
