Been going to the pro ed forum again someone from there died
think its my fault ...she died from complications due to having an eating disorder
I just killed someone ...my fault
My husband locks things away so i dont hurt myself
but there are other ways i can hurt myself with i dont care anymore
If i had money id buy drink / drugs / cut / etc

Nothing is your fault darling, everyone is in charge of there destiny, you cannot make someone do something, I'm sorry your hurting now. The ego wants to blame, it's easy to blame yourself. But it's not true. Whatever happened to your friend, it was her doing. Please don't blame yourself.

Lily, are you getting counseling for your ed and cutting?
I completely agree with Dee.
Please stay away from that site. It's either owned by another sick person or even worst by someone who is a very bad person. Definitely not a healthy environment. Why not just log in to SR whenever you are tempted to go to that place?

i see a therapist and she says i shouldnt go on that site too
am seeing her for the last time on the 7th
she cant help me anymore as her appointments are for mindfulness and CBT
She has given me all the tools i need to help me not be scared to hold my great niece as i was scared i was going to hurt her but i didnt
and now am ok about holding her ...i see my new psych in FEB
Can i come here when am ill and when am scared ?

Am so scared of putting weight on i feel pressure from my GP to lose weight ...my weight is really bad Am obese am at danger from diabetes heart problems and strokes
its gotten so bad that only trousers that fit me are joggy bottoms as i cant find anything to wear that will fit me i have big curve in my back and i have problems finding things to fit me because of this
need to try and exercise more my husband also has been told to lose weight
we are going to do this together

Just phoned someone from from OA there is a meeting on Tuesday that am going to go to
My husband is going to take me to it as am still having problems with buses not been on a bus on my own for months plus the meeting is at an old church and there a graveyard there its at night so for my saftey id rather let my husband come with me
got lunch which my cat tried to steal i think my cat needs to go to OA too lol

I have magical thinking sometimes i think the world is going to end if i do the wrong thing or say something bad My OCD dont help with that
not been on the site since and my husband has put k9 blocking program on my laptop and pc
Am keeping myself busy
thinking about getting a tattoo to go over one i regret getting

I am really glad that your husband blocked that site and that you are seeing a new therapist in Feb and going to OA.
There is another SR member (name is also Lily) who goes to OA here and seems to be doing good with that program.
