Shanti- I'm sorry to hear you're suffering. I suggest you really *do* call that group I mentioned. Even if you're not based in Tokyo, they can help. I know this because they helped me so much when I was in crisis mode.

That was an awful embarrassing few days over new year but I'm moving forward, Im on day 4 now, slowly feeling better. Determined not to go back to that dark place again.
