Back under a new name..

Hello all,I'm formally known as Dean go but I'm sure there's so many new people since me last being here that are taking control of their lives.I just thought I'd say a quick hello and I'm actually ready to get sober now, not for anyone else but for myself.

Well there's two names I remember,thank you carlotta and Dee. I hope you got your living situation sorted Dee as I seem to remember you were having problems.

My plan at the moment is to listen to a podcast every morning I go to work and every evening on the way back called the recovery elevator which I really recommend. I can't make AA meetings until Sunday but this will change next week.I've been in contact with an alcoholic who has been sober for 12 years as well so that's something I have never done.I'm feeling good,fresh and even had a jog last night and I never noticed this before but me being an addict,I just wanted to keep going even though I'm so unfit!
