Welcome back. I had a bunch of Day Ones. It's a great time to stop. I use a combination of AA and SR and reaching out to sober buddies in real life. You can do it.

I'm back as well after seven weeks sober, I drank on Saturday.
So day 2 for me.
We can do this! I know now that my biggest mistake was not asking for help. SR was right here for me and I had quit posting and all I had to do was start again and ask for help. I would be celebrating two months this weekend if I had.
