It's day 2. I couldn't sleep maybe got 4 hours if that. Didn't go to meeting last night. Not really feeling that good. My sinuses are killing me and my head feels full of yucky stuff. I have always had sinus and migraine issues. Not sure if it's just that or a cold. I have been reading the BB on page 81 right now. The first three steps are no problem so now step 4. I got a notebook the other day to prepare for this step. I am going to finish reading the first 164 pages then start over. Hopefully I will feel a little better Wednesday so I can make the meeting. I just don't want to get anyone sick. Need to start thinking on who would be a good person to sponsor me.

I am grateful to be sober this morning!

Keep going. First few days can be hard but it goes fast and is worth it. Good job.

my plan is to go to the Wednesday meeting grizzly. I enjoy this meeting place. It's cozy and comfy which makes it easier to share! The one I went to before was just kinda "sterile."
