Day 5 It gets better

I woke this morning for day 5 and for the first time I feel great. No anxiety, no dread. I feel positive about recovery and am actively engaging in it rather than just not drinking.

Only early days but to all those who told me to hang in there, it gets better. Thank you. A fog has lifted despite being very early days. The battle I have fought for the first 4 days was huge for me. I'm glad I stuck around.

Good going Sean!! specking as a old timer with 17 days myself (haha) it for sure gets better and feels better too..How's the sleeping? mine is soooooo great at night...wow!!!
