If you have trouble sleeping there are other things you can do.
1. Go to the Dr and get some kind of sleeping aide. They range from non habbit forming to habit forming.
2. Sleepy time tea? Do you drink caffeine during the day? Do you exercise?

Thanks everyone for ur replies & advice. After thinking about it for a few days im just going to draw a line under it & move on. Im sticking with my original sobriety date & just steer clear of any potential 'drowsy meds'. I dont think i intended to feel the way that i did, i just wanted a decent sleep after a very busy night shift.......anyway the rest of it went down the sink so i cant be tempted just in case!!x
