hello from Belgium
Why am I looking that far?
Because we don't have any decent online helplines/forums here.
I just quit drinking two days ago. And it's very difficult as you all will know.
I was drinking a bottle of white wine every night, starting from 5PM, sometimes earlier.
There was a time I quit but gradually started again.
So I hope to be more succesful now.
Will get help from GP and hypnotherapist.

Hi, Ilham - welcome to SR!
You've found a very supportive place to help you on your recovery journey.
SR helped me a lot to quit drinking (was a wino too).
Keep posting.

Glad to meet you, ilham. It really helps to have the understanding of people who know what you're going through. Talking things over helps ease the anxiety we feel when we first quit. Congratulations on your two days. You can do this.
