Hey Retroactive, I just posted on your other thread too.
When I was drinking there was very little positivity in my life either, I used to hate myself, all the things I didn't like about myself came to the forefront, and it was a spiral, the more I felt, the more I drank to escape.
But we can get off that merry-go-round, we don't need to be miserable anymore!!
