First time sharing my story
Hi all,
I'm a very private person by nature and I've never written about how I managed to stop drinking or the reasons I chose to stop drinking before.
While the idea of putting everything online scares me, I think it's a necessary part of my personal growth and it's a gift that I can give back to others who may not have found their own path yet.
With time, I really hope that retelling the story of my own addiction and breaking down the process I used to beat drinking will serve others around me as I really try and figure out how I *actually* did it
