it has to stop
its been a few days since i was last here starving myself because i dont want to be fat and because i need to control something in my life
suicidal feelings and thoughts told m therapist she want me to see my dr asap
i making an appointment tomorrow morning
am at the start again ....i cant keep living this way ...
i cant keep doing this to my husband ....it has to stop
