You've gotten some good advice here. I don't know why it was so hard for me to accept I wasn't going to drink again...honestly, I feel so much better these days, you can too.
I think its so hard because its socially acceptable, or so they say. It feels so much better NOT to drink, its jut getting to that point. I hope the outpatient therapy helps!
