I have to stop

I just want to to write down somewhere what I know is the truth. I have to stop drinking. I am losing days of my life, opportunities at my job, and respect for myself. I am putting myself at risk and physically injuring myself. I woke up the other day and I had bruises from falling and I didn't even remember falling. So I am done. I plan to post every day for 90 days. Just writing this down feels like a weight off my shoulders.

You will find a LOT of support here.
I would suggest that you join the 24 hours recovery connection where people commit daily not to drink or drug for the next 24 hours. It is a fun way to hold ourselves accountable.

Another good place to post daily is the class of Dec 2015 where you will be able to interact with your peers who quit at the same time and support each other
