It is amazing to wake up and read all the supportive comments people have posted on here. I woke up grateful this morning that I made this decision. I am also grateful that while I have not always looked after myself as well as I could, I have done a lot, and this will be my next step. All that time I was drinking I was at the same time changing things in ways that showed that I want to live, and live better. So good for me then, and good for me now.

I will not drink today.
