Lunch

Just had lunch with a friend of mine who was a hardcore alcoholic back in the day and has now been 36 years sober. His situation and path are different than mine but we had some great conversation and it really motivated me. He will help in any way he can.

I told him about SR and he laughed that he didn't have the internet back then but wished he had a group like this.

Sounds like a really good lunch. Having that support to draw on has been essential to me. In real life and here on SR. Good job!
