Getting off final 1.125 mgs klonipin
Sammy, have you talked with your prescribing doc about it?
Are you taking 1.125 mg or .125 mg? When I stopped I was taking the 0.125 mg dissolve-on-the-tongue knonopin. That dosage is only available in the dissolvable form. It is a very small dose and I had no trouble stopping it even after about 20 years on 2 mg per day.

Sorry going down from almost 2 mg for a year and have gone down to .625
Scared because sometimes I think this is just the way I am going to always be. Started to have interdose withdrawal for years didn't even know I was sick from that. Have some really good days but the bad days make me forget the good days.again just feel alone in this.
It's so hard.
Thanks for fast replies

Hi Sammy,
Welcome! We have a thread in the Anxiety Forum called Living Benzo Free. There's a couple of people weaning off from benzos right now. I was addicted to klonopin for 10yrs & quit 15mos ago. You're more than welcome to join us over there! (( Hugs ))

I think that most long term benzo users experience interdose withdrawal & most don't know it. They just figure their meditation isn't working anymore & try to up their dose.
Have you tried meditation, deep breathing or coloring books ( mind concentrates on color & anxiety calms )
