Day 1
 

I'm pretty excited to have found this site. I struggle with an eating disorder. I think it's a lot like alcoholism as I can't seem to stop no matter how much I want to. So yesterday really was day one and I've had headaches, not sure if it's related but it's been a bit stressful. So excited to see how others succeed in their struggles. If you can do it, I can do it. Just not sure how.
