Doh :(
Welcome back Soberlife. What exactly have you been doing to try and make your sobriety "stick" up to this point? Have you tried any local support groups/resources? There are class threads and daily weekly threads you can join here too. You can make it stick if you do the work!
I'm sorry you are still struggling. I'm not sure how much I have to offer you after only 18 days of sobriety but the things that are FINALLY working for me are:
1. My sobriety is #1 every single day
2. I check in here for accountability, support & to support others several times a day (I'm extremely active in the November 2015 class)
3. I avoid all drinking situations
4. Therapy
5. AA, steps & sponsor
6. Daily exercise
7. Lots of rest
8. Lots of nutritious food
9. Lots of water
10. Try to be gentle with myself & avoid stress & anger. Keep it simple!
12. urge surfing
13. Deep breathing
14. Prayer
15. MOST IMPORTANTLY: no matter how much I may want to drink or think I deserve it...I DON'T! It's getting easier & easier to get thru the cravings. And the cravings are starting to subside!
*Im looking at sobriety as THE single most important thing in my life right now because without it I have nothing but a slow, miserable death ahead of me. :-( If I put a tenth of the amount of time & energy into sobriety as I did drinking I will stay sober.
You CAN do this! I have struggled for a long while, stuck on a hellish Merry-go-round to no where & it wasn't until I finally started doing EVERYTHING thing that people suggested that I have been able to break my cycle of drinking every 2-3 days. It's hard but worth it!
You can do it!!! Praying for you!!! :-)

Welcome back and keep trying. Like others have said, make adjustments to your plan. You've got to make sobriety "stick", it doesn't happen by itself.
Keep it simple, and like Soberwolf said, take drinking off of the table for today.
You're strong enough to make this work. Trust me, if others here can do it, you can too.
