New day 1.... Been drinking for about 4 days now but I am stopping again. Drank a bottle of vodka last night .. Then God knows what else ... Not even going to get in to the stupid cringe behaviour from me as I'm beating myself up about it enough already

Thanks guys , I never actually went away from the site tho I've been reading here for about a year and a half I think but I had been sober for ages until Wednesday night but thanks for the welcome back anyways :-)

Good to know you're not letting it overtake you again, Polar. You can get back on track and stay there. It's dangerous, damaging, and just no fun anymore.
