Second night alone
It just after 3am and having more trouble sleeping than last night. Some physical symptoms hot flashes, restlessness, anxiety, and strangely hot feet. A bit more psychological tonight. Worry, anxiety, restlessness. Thinking about Being alone on the holiday this week and a birthday next week. Decided it was time to stop loathing in bed and post. Going to start a movie binder until I fall asleep, if I fall asleep

I find deep sleep meditation on you tube very good, stick on some headphones to get the true benefit and try and forget your troubles, it won't last for ever...

I'm sorry you are having trouble sleeping got2.. I hope you can get some rest and start to feel better. It's tough I know.
Reading makes me sleepy. Maybe you could try some tea, or exercise - might make you sleepy and it releases those feel good endorphins!

So I did manage to doze off between. The hours of 5am and 8am. Woke up soaked with sweat and feeling a emotionally drained. Struggling hard emotionally today. I seem to be content just sitting in total silence doing absolutely nothing, yesterday was a disturbing neutral feeling, neither happy or sad. Today is going back and forth from neutral to sad. Also it's been four days without a drink and I seem to be having trouble getting properly hydrated. Been drinking lots of water and coconut water, as well as almond milk for a little vitamin D. Despite how much fluid I consume, I have been urinating very infrequently and when I do go, there is not much fluid and a littler darker in color than typically.
Got2 - you're not alone, most of us have felt as you do now. Rest, take some nourishment - fluids and breathe. This can be the last time you go through this if you want!

Your dehydrated hence the darker colour urine (mine was plutonium orange at its worst) plus with the night sweats your going to be dehydrated
Keep on drinking water but don't overdo it around 8 glasses a day should suffice
Have you got anything sweet nearby like ice cream It really helps
Stick close bud your almost out of the woods you got this
