She has it under control
She has it under control
I am sad tonight. An exceptionally find person person who was solidly sober, first decided she didn't need AA, and now is drinking. According to her she has it under control.
She is very young so there is a remote possibly she is not an alcoholic. I have heard her story and the possibility of her not being an alcoholic is between slim and none
God I hate this disease. She is beautiful, charming, and intelligent. What a waste. What a horrible waste

You're not shackled to not drinking, you're free from drinking

I'm sorry to hear what you're going through. It truly is sad to see someone go back to what probably is a bad place. And you know as well as all of us that there's nothing you can do until she wants to stop. That's the most frustrating part of it. I think we all need to find out the hard way that moderation is not an option.
That you for the prayers because at this point it is all any of us can do.
I only hope that your friend realises quickly that she is indeed alcoholic
Sending prayers Mir & that's for everyone in a similar situation even the guests here at SR who are thinking about quitting
Thinking of every alcoholic struggling on the planet right now
