Over 6 months

Just checking in to say that I haven't drink alcohol over 6 months. Feeling normal with no real issues. Just been working and trying to get my life back on track.

No meetings or programs. Just living my life without alcohol. I don't try to avoid it or anything. I just decide not to start drinking if I feel like to or want to party.
