Back and on day 18
Hi all,
The last time I posted here I was in a 28 day rehab. That was back in May. I wasn't ready. I thought I was...
Had to keep digging a little deeper to find my rock bottom!
I'm back at meetings, have a sponsor and I've been lurking a lot here. Reading and taking in others wisdom.
It's day 18. I keep my 24 hour chip in my bra, close to my heart. TMI I'm sure!

Hi Opivotal,
Feeling great, my head has stopped being numb. Strangely emotionless in a way. Also trying to control my appetite. I think my body is craving some nutrition. Never before have I thought it was possible to have cravings for veg and salad!!
