Three days in....

got to admit, it's amazing to feel so alert and energized. I've been so used to dragging my arse around feeling foggy and sluggish. Managed to resist a huge sugar craving last night...it was a close one though. Especially given that I've got a chocolate bar in my fridge that hubby bought me days ago.

3 days is great, keep it going. Soon enough you will start to see that your life is better in so many ways, I relapsed many times after 5 days, always ended badly, wish I had kept going for longer, AA helped me a lot.

3 days in seems like yesterday too me but it's nearly 4 years ago , don't go back ever , good things await
