Congrats on making it to day 2. It can't be easy. If you can make it to work, maybe you can get yourself to a Narcotics Anonymous (NA) meeting tonight. Opiates aren't easy. I'd seek all the help I could get.

True... I did read that you were at work Cry when you can because it will release stress. Remember why you came here? This is what you have to go through to make it happen. Push through and you will never have to go through this again. I was a binge drinker and the reason why I decided to quit is because I wasn't being the person I wanted to be. I found this place by accident and quickly made a plan. Do you have one yet?
Will they let you go out for a walk? I find that expending some of that nervous energy helps. Run up and down the steps in your building if you have any, brisk walk around the building or neighborhood...your nervous system is screaming and letting off energy helps. Even running in place.
Do you have any sick days?

Come on liberty, pull through. Once that sh*t is out of your system you will have the worst behind you. Taking another pill will only briefly relieve you and will prolong the agony. How much longer until you get off? What is your plan for when you leave work? You have to make a plan now because you know full well you will be thinking of the pills when you return home. Can you go for a run? Maybe run to an NA meeting? Stick close to here. We will talk you through anything but you have to do the heavy lifting here and not take the pills.

Love bimi's suggestions. The mind and the body are so connected!!!
A "Plan" is a collection of tools to use when certain situations happen. A craving, or if someone questions your decision to be sober. Stuff to have and be prepared. There's lots of info about it here. I'm not tech savvy but I can ask someone to send you some links. When I came here I had no idea about addiction and I have learned so much. Things like AVRT, urge surfing, kindling, etc.
For example, my plan is simple. I post when I have a craving or if my AV is too loud or simply when I feel like it. I also love to play the tape which means to imagine all of the way through in detail what will happen if you drink all the way till the next morning including the hangover from hell. I also use exercise and walks to help me. It's little things that can go a long way.
