1 year today! so very grateful.
hi,
I don't post much but I read SR every day- sometimes multiple times.
SR has been instrumental in helping me reach my 1 year sobriety birthday. The support and suggestions here are so very valuable. There is so much wisdom and experience on SR and I am extremely grateful to have SR supplement my AA program. I also must give the number one thanks to God who led me here and to AA! Looking forward to year 2. Onwards......

words of wisdom just from my experience :
1. start every day thanking God for my sobriety
2. asking Him to keep me sober for that day
3. asking to do only His will that day.
4. and follow my 12 step program faithfully like a recipe.
I did these 4 things every day and will continue.
Hope this helps.

Nice work, mlp!
I'm not a frequent poster either, but that hasn't stopped me from benefiting tremendously from SR. Nor has it meant (I hope, anyway) that I've been entirely useless to others here.
Not everyone is a chatterbox, either in real life or on these forums, and that isn't necessarily always a bad thing.
