Good morning to everyone and thanks again for taking time out of your lives to post positive thoughts my way. I have had what can only be compared to a nonstop cramp in my right calf for 3 days now, so if by monday morning it hasn't eased up any, I will be paying a visit to the Dr. I welcome day 5 sober, and thankful. Hope everyone has a great day!

Congrats on 5 days! Sorry to hear of the ongoing cramp. Potassium/water? Massage? Best wishes at the Dr.
