I thought both of these were good. Interesting and sobering that the main point of both is alcohol use in general rather than only alcoholism.
For me, the key point of the first is the issue of being fully present in our lives which simply isn't possible when we drink.
The second raised some quite interesting things I had never thought about. I know alcohol can be bad for our health but like many, I tend to focus on liver damage. There are many other potential effects that are not well-publicized. His points about "safe" drinking limits were especially eye-opening. There's quite a bit more. I highly recommend both. If I had to pick one, for me it would be the second.

Thanks Saskia I thought the Dr from Lithuania was eye opening aswell I agreed with a lot of what he said
