I am going to go to my doctor as soon as can get an appointment as i signed myself out hospital too early. Im still shaking like a leaf and very, very confused and cant see properly. Silly i know but i hated being there.

Drink a lot of water and keep your mind busy reading or whatever you enjoy doing. If it gets too bad, go back to the hospital. Detoxing can cause serious problems for some people.

boy you wouldnt believe the amount of (healhty) stuff ive been eating and drinking last few days
yeah i intend to start running again and doing my weight training, just getting out there. to be honest i *do* have some hope for the future 'cos im getting too old for all these shennanigans! cheers guys!!!
p.s. might even try to spell on forums!
