Help me

So I was at a friends house over the weekend and I got smashed, it was my first real time drinking. Now it's been 2 days and I still can't think at all. I feel like it is something similar to brain fog and I'm starting to freak out. How long will this last and how can I stop it? Cause I want to curl up and cry

Welcome to SR, Townie; glad you found us.

You will probably start to feel better in another day. Drink plenty of water; eat small, lite, healthy meals or snacks; try to get some fresh air and plenty of rest.

Hi Townie

If it was your first real time drinking then you should start to feel better in a day or two - of course do see your Dr if you're still concerned in a few days.

sounds like you might be like most of us and you have no business drinking?

Unfortunately, the only cure for a hangover is time.

Townie please let that first real time be your last, you don't wanna travel down that road, trust and believe.
