Day three -

I tired to get into the chat room, downloaded JAVA multiple times...no success. Caved and having a glass of wine with dinner. Does this put me back to day -1?

I'm frustrated, but at least there is none of my favorite in the house.

Argh, where do I do from here?

Do you want to stop drinking today and make it Day 1? I hope so.

If you can't get into Chat, the message board here is always active and supportive, so you're welcome to post.

Hi Raeven

I'm sorry for the chat hassles but it's nothing to drink over.
Please remember you can post in the forums anytime and you'll get responses.

I use firefox browser and have no issues.

Maybe you can learn from this setback? It will never be just a glass at dinner for people like us. Day one tomorrow! Sleep it off. Good luck

Hi Raven,

Drink a lot of water tonight and throughout tomorrow. Eat well and keep your blood sugar even keel throughout the day...nuts, grapes, cheese and carrots are my faves. What is your plan for tomorrow? Think ahead. You can do this.
