Day 29- pre thanksgiving meal
 

Eating a meal with in laws today. I ate two plates. I remember last year choking down on a weak stomach just enough to keep people from wondering why I was not enjoying the food.

Yes, food definitely tastes better when alcohol is not in the mis. I'm glad you enjoyed your dinner.

I'm with you 100%. When drinking I would just nibble to be polite. Now I eat like a horse because my stomach and digestive system is working properly all the time.
