Welcome! You will find much support and good advice here.
Recognize that just ackowledging that you have a problem and want to find help is a very big first step for you. You have risen above denial - you have started on your way!
Like Dee asked - what type of help do you want or need? Detox, rehab, support groups such as NA or AA?
Keep coming back,
Jim

There are a ton of people here than can help you with that. Endless amount of wisdom from long time sober people here. Block out a couple hours of your day and just read. Its like getting a college education in a few hours.
Thomas...where is the best place to start reading? mtomrell.... I started attending AA meetings a couple of weeks ago and have found the most caring and supportive people there. I slipped up yesterday and lost my 11 days.....I hope they will still be as supportive. So far everybody here has been amazing and are pointing me in the right direction to kick this for good!
