i am shakey.

I have no tremor but in the way of habit i am vibrating my legs, my foots and fingers etc. i am always doing it even when in the bed being ready to sleep. İ am playing with pencil, lighter etc, even when studying or listening the lecture. i am working on controlling it with my freewill but it lasts just for almost a minute and ı forget and go on. when waiting my bus to school i don't stand constantly, i go and come between 3-4-5 meters. i should stop it.

I was drinking for 8 years and i am 4 months sober. i am still using marijuana and 2 pack cigarette per day.

Have you seen a doctor about this LiveitFull? That would be my suggestion if you haven't. Heavy smoking is not helping I'm sure, but you should also consult with your doctor on that.

I have had it worse than you. When I woke up in the morning I couldn't even sit in a chair. I had to walk for 3-4 hours non stop. Could not even eat breakfast sitting still.

Drinking coffee or anything with caffeine makes it so much worse.

My father had similar symptoms (he's not a drinker). It can be worth getting checked out... along with those issues it turned out he had Restless Leg Syndrome, which negatively impacts your sleep. I think he's on some kind of medication now which helps.

Is this new for you or has it been something you've dealt with for a long time? It could be related to using, or its own separate condition. Either way it sounds like it's making things difficult for you, so I hope you can see a doctor about it.

Congrats on your four months drink free!
