Feel Amazing!!!

Went for my 1st run since starting my sober life.......maybe its in my head but i felt so good, it felt comfortable, i felt light & my pace was pretty good. I ran a half marathon last month & 2 days before the race i got wasted & i didn't get the time i wanted, so annoyed with myself as i could have done better!!

No music today, just me, the rain & my thoughts, feeling positive!!!!
