35 days

Hey all, just stopping by to tell SOMEONE about my 35 days. I never told anyone I relapsed so there's no1 to tell that I'm doing well. Cept the forum 😊 anyways after a year from hell,35 days for me is amazing. I don't think I've had that for a couple of years ( writing that down is quite scary actually). My mind set has changed a lot. Im not counting days, I had to look back at old msgs and the calender to see how long it had been.
To anyone struggling with anxiety and getting twitchy, adult colouring books really shut my mind off, I highly recommend.

Also, rugby world cup final tomorrow morning GO THE THE ALL BLACKS! Chur 😁😁

Good work!! Yeah I know a lot of people who are into colouring, they say it's as good as therapy!

Keep it up!

Go All Blacks! (I have to support someone since England got so shamefully knocked out early )

Yeah I saw some friends colouring and at first I just didn't get it. But its good for mindfulness!

No comment about the English rugby team.....hehehe I'm excited to get up for the game at 4am...sort of....but at least I'll b sober enough to do it! Lol

35 days is great and to anyone struggling with anxiety quitting drinking has been the number one way to cut it down for me.

Congrats on 35 days. my wife was just at a party where they gave out coloring books and crayons. It looked like fun. Glad to hear other adults are into them. I won't feel do childish when I get into them. :-)

Congratulations on 35 days, animalnurse.

I'm going to look for those coloring books; I used to love to color as a kid.

Hi Animalnurse, glad to see you back and doing well. If coloring books and waking up at 4 to watch rugby help you stay sober then by all means, do your thing! JK, good job, keep it up!
