Hey man, I've been following this post now for days and have yet to comment until now.
What is the plan? I've been there and got the box of T-Shirts, round and round in circles, good intentions ending at the bottom of yet another bottle, I went a full year before I finally made the decision to do something about it, day after day, night after night, and it got me nowhere.
Sure it's gonna be tough, any change can always bring some fear, but there's decades of collective wisdom here on SR that says you're going to be alright, Sobriety is going to be the best decision you'll ever make in your life.
But it needs to start with some action, a Day 1, none of us had any short cuts, we all had to start in the same way, at the beginning, putting the bottle down and going from there.
I and others want you to beat this, we get how difficult it it, but you gotta start somewhere, nothing changes if nothing changes has been my experience!!
