Here I am after relapsing and admitting myself into An intensive outpatient program 10 days ago. I did t on my own in the past but this time I knew I needed something different. This site was so helpful to me before and I knew it could help me again.

I have had huge life changes since last here and live alone. Hard to self talk in the evenings when not working or at meetings.

Day 8 and going forward.....yes, I feel positive for the moment but I know that will change soon if I don't get some sleep tonight. That is my struggle right now along with recurring thoughts of drinking. Those thoughts go away fairly quickly but I need them to stop completely soon. They give me a headache.
