I was a control freak for a long time. And I was angry all the time. It was nearly impossible for me to go out driving without getting angry at another driver for doing something I didn't like. I would get mad at people at work. I would write vicious, politically-charged rants on social media. And no one liked being around me.

When I finally learned to let go of the fantasy that I can control anything other than my own actions and reactions, my life changed in amazing ways.
