Movies & book suggestions for recovery
 

So I'm currently reading Caroline Knapp's Drinking, a love story, which im finding very therapeutic, ive also ordered from Amazon. ..28 days, Drunks & When a man loves a woman (these were recommended on another recovery site) has anyone got any other suggestions??

Some while ago I read Michael Kuhar's the Addicted Brain which is great for understanding the "mechanics" of addiction

I read "Unwasted: My Lush Sobriety," A Memoir by Sacha Z. Scoblic. It was well written, and truthfully funny. This is a link to an excerpt of the book.
